Medicare Support Specialist
We’re hiring a Part-Time Medicare Support Specialist with a path to full-time.
This is an in-office role supporting Medicare clients and internal agents through structured, detail-oriented work. If you prefer clear expectations, steady workflow, and meaningful client interaction, this may be a strong fit.
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In person - Springdale, AR
Pay: $15–$18 per hour
What you'll do
- Handle inbound client communication (calls, emails, texts) regarding Medicare coverage, billing, and plan changes
- Support agents with applications, follow-ups, and status updates
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM
- Upload and verify documents to meet compliance requirements
- Schedule appointments and assist in resolving client issues with carriers
- Learn Medicare fundamentals and progressively take on more client-facing responsibility
What we're looking for
- High attention to detail with consistent, accurate data entry
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
- Clear, professional communication—especially over phone and email
- Strong reliability and consistent availability during scheduled hours
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and accuracy
- Willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months
- Able to pass background check and meet licensing requirements

What this role is NOT
- Not remote
- Not a low-activity or “easy office” job
- Not purely sales-focused (this is primarily support + service)

- Continuously improve product and process knowledge
