Medicare Support Specialist

We’re hiring a Part-Time Medicare Support Specialist with a path to full-time.

This is an in-office role supporting Medicare clients and internal agents through structured, detail-oriented work. If you prefer clear expectations, steady workflow, and meaningful client interaction, this may be a strong fit.

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In person - Springdale, AR
Pay: $15–$18 per hour

What you'll do
  • Handle inbound client communication (calls, emails, texts) regarding Medicare coverage, billing, and plan changes
  • Support agents with applications, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM
  • Upload and verify documents to meet compliance requirements
  • Schedule appointments and assist in resolving client issues with carriers
  • Learn Medicare fundamentals and progressively take on more client-facing responsibility

What we're looking for
  • High attention to detail with consistent, accurate data entry
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
  • Clear, professional communication—especially over phone and email
  • Strong reliability and consistent availability during scheduled hours
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and accuracy
  • Willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months
  • Able to pass background check and meet licensing requirements

What this role is NOT
  • Not remote
  • Not a low-activity or “easy office” job
  • Not purely sales-focused (this is primarily support + service)

  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate records
  • Follow established workflows and compliance processes
  • Continuously improve product and process knowledge
